Dec 3rd – Gamsberg

Today was blue and very hot, most elected not to fly. However, it was a good day for Trevor to practice handling the EB28. We made our way out to the Gamsberg, at 8000′ the highest mountain in the gliding area. It is situated right up in the NW corner and on the edge of the escarpment. The picture shows it and it’s flat top looking out towards the Namib desert.
